Welcome to kindergarten!  My goal is to provide information to all of my families in the best way that I can.  I would first like to tell you a little about my background.

After moving to Nevada from Southern California in 1994, I went back to school, and received my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education at the University of Nevada, Reno. "Go Wolfpack!"  Though I was born and raised outside of San Diego, I am now proud to call myself a Nevadan-heart and soul.   I have been teaching here at Seeliger for 13 years.  I started as a 1st grade teacher (11 years, 2 team teaching) and am currently teaching my second year in kinder.  I added a tesol endorsement to my teaching credential last spring.

I am always excited to see how curious my students are about their surroundings, and my goal is to keep that love of learning going all year.  Every day is so special and different, and I especially love watching that little light bulb turn on when they, "get it".  I am very grateful to share in a very tiny piece of my students' lives, and feel that teaching has been so rewarding, and has enriched my life.
